What training programs do Pulse Pilates offer?
Pulse Pilates offer Pilates Teacher Training Programs. They offer three distinct Pilates Certifications Courses:
a. A 6-day Comprehensive Retreat-Style Course combining both Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates training, designed for immersive and hands-on learning over a concentrated period.
b. A Fully Online Certification Course focused exclusively on Mat Pilates, enabling students to become certified Mat Pilates instructors through online study.
c. A similar Fully Online Certification Course tailored specifically to Reformer Pilates, allowing aspiring instructors to train for their Reformer Pilates certification via online study.
Who is this training for?
Pulse Pilates training is designed for anyone with an interest in Pilates, whether you’re looking to become a Certified Instructor, upskill your current qualifications, or simply deepen your understanding of the Pilates Practice for personal well-being. It’s suitable for beginners, fitness enthusiasts, and experienced practitioners alike.
Do I need to have a strong Pilates background to join?
Absolutely not! You don’t need a strong Pilates background to join the program. What’s more important is having a genuine interest in Pilates and a willingness to learn. This training is open to everyone and that’s regardless of experience level. While some familiarity with Pilates can be helpful,
the program is designed to guide you from the basics, to build a strong foundation, making it ideal for beginners, enthusiasts and anyone ready to grow through structured training.
What makes Pulse Pilates different from other programs?
What sets Pulse Pilates apart is the passion and authenticity behind its teaching. The founder is a fully qualified instructor who lives and breathes Pilates in her daily life, not just as a profession but Bon embodies and braces it as a lifestyle. Her personal journey of transformation through Pilates has inspired her to create a training experience that goes beyond instructing, instead focusing on truly educating and empowering students like yourself.
Bon brings deep knowledge, genuine care, and excitement into every session, not just teaching for the sake of a job, but because it’s something she deeply feels has helped her thrive to be the best version of herself and given her a community to work within that she is very proud to be a part of.
This heartfelt approach creates a meaningful and impactful experience that helps students connect with the true essence of Pilates.
What also makes Pulse Pilates special is the incredible team behind it, a group of beyond talented individuals who are ALL IN and excited for this chapter with you.
The course is thoughtfully structured and offers much more than just the basics. It’s designed to help students gain a real understanding of Pilates, its principles and how to teach it with confidence.
Plus, the training is delivered in clean, beautiful environments with a retreat-style, aesthetic feel that creates good vibes and supports both learning and personal growth.
How long is the training program?
The training program duration depends on the course format you choose. For the online courses, you will receive 6 months of access to all course materials from the day your full payment is made. While there is no strict deadline for completing the course, it is encouraged to finish within 2 to 4 months. It’s entirely achievable with consistent effort. For the in-person training, there are set course dates, and you’ll also gain access to your online study materials from the moment your down payment is received. Please note that enrolments will close 28 days prior to the course start date (in-person), to allow sufficient time for you to complete your online course work, 20 participation hours, 10 observation hours and 10 practice teaching hours. This structure ensures you’re fully supported and ready to make the most of the inperson comprehensive training.

What’s the difference between courses in-person & online?

It’s perfect for self-motivated individuals who enjoy independent learning with access to structured support.
The in-person course, on the other hand, offers hands-on training directly with the instructor in a more immersive and guided environment. You’ll benefit from real-time feedback, a retreat-style setting and the energy/support of learning alongside others.
Whether you choose the flexibility of online or the structure of in-person training, both paths are designed to give you a strong, well-rounded Pilates education.
What certification will I receive at the end?
At the end of the program, you will receive the qualification of a Certified Pilates Instructor in the specific field you have chosen whether that’s Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates or both.
